1. LONDRES

Entre Oxford Street y Soho, todos los aficionados de la moda se encuentran para descubrir prendas rebajadas hasta el 80% de su valor inicial. Londres no tiene centro por lo cual cada barrio desvela sus tesoros y atrae a un público especializado. En Oxford Street, la calle más hipie de la capital, se impone para las fashionistas. Si decides ir de compras a Londres, tampoco tienes que olvidar una verdadera institución: Harrod’s.

2. NUEVA YORK

7. BARCELONA

Belle-Ile-en-Mer

  Belle- Ile-en-Mer está situada en el océano Atlántico, frente a la punta de la estrecha península de Quiberon, y es la isla más grande de la Bretaña Francesa. Su costa está cubierta por estuarios profundos, y hay varios pueblecitos costeros rodeados de fértiles tierras de cultivo. Hay que visitar la gruta de lÁpothicairerie, el gran faro de Port Goulphar y Quiberon. Se puede llegar cogiendo el transbordador desde Quiberon, que te deja en Le Palais una ciudad que fué prisión hasta los años sesenta y ahora alberga el museo de la ciudad. Es un lugar adorable y tranquilo para pasar unas vacaciones. Hay unas 90 playas para explorar. También podemos visitar el pueblo pesquero de Sauzon con casitas de postal con vistas hacia los acantilados rocosas que hay en el lado opuesto.

Las terrazas, unas escaleras aparentemente interminables de cultivos de arroz y vegetales, se construyeron básicamente a mano, piedra a piedra, y cubren un área de 10500 km2 de ladera montañosa. Se alimentan a través de un sistema natural de agua que proviene de la selva tropical de las montañas más altas. La romántica isla de Bled – The romantic island of Bled

Es una pequeña isla en medio del lago Bled (Blejsko jezero) en la región de Carniola al noroeste del país europeo de Eslovenia. En ella se encuentra una iglesia barroca llamada Iglesia de María. La isla es el resultado de la actividad tectónica y de la erosión de los ríos en el Pleistoceno. Los primeros indicios de asentamiento en la isla se remontan a principios de la Edad de Piedra, los primeros edificios se construyeron en el siglo VII antes de Cristo, luego se construyó una iglesia dedicada a la Virgen María, mencionada por primera vez en el año 1185. En 1999 fue declarada monumento cultural de importancia nacional en Eslovenia.

Es uno de esos lugares que pueden llegar a enamorar a cualquier persona que lo visite. Una auténtica perla en el corazón de Europa que estoy convencido encantará a los más románticos. Y no es por el echo de que por ser una isla ya se pueda considerar romántica, sino porque la Isla de Bled también es conocida como la Isla de las Bodas. Sin lugar a dudas, uno de los atractivos naturales del país es el Lago Bled, de orígen glaciar, rodeado de un entorno idílico al pie de los Alpes Julianos. Y en el centro de ese lago se encuentra la única isla del país, la romántica isla de Bled ( Blejski Otok).

Para llegar a la iglesia es necesario subir unas empinadas escaleras y según la tradición es el novio el encargado de coger en brazos a la novia. De esta manera se aseguran una vida en común completamente feliz.

Para todos aquellos que decidáis descubrir este lugar, se recomienda el conocer la villa de Bled y especialmente ese castillo medieval enclavado en lo alto de un acantilado y desde donde uno puede contemplar una panorámica espectacular del lago  y de los Alpes.Durante el verano es un lugar muy visitado por los turistas, pero no es la única estación del año para visitarlo ya que en invierno los paisajes de los pueblecitos de alrededor son una auténtica maravilla.Y para llegar a Bled? Uno puede hacerlo desde la capital en tren o en autobús, y desde allí coger un bote llamado pletna hasta la isla.

 La Shimanami Kaido, o auspista sobre el mar como es conocida, se encuentra en Japón, y es una carretera que conecta Hiroshima y Enhime, desde la ciudad de Ononmichi hasta la de Imabari, en los dos extermos del mar interior. Se construyó gracias a una serie de siete puentes que conectan las seis pequeñas islas. La ruta se abrió en 1999, y recorre una distancia total de unos 60 km.
Cada uno de los puentes es único. El gran puente Tatara que es el puente atirantado más largo del mundo, y el puente Kurushima que es el primer puente colgante del mundo con tres puentes conectados sobre los 4 km. del estrecho de Kurushima.
Se puede dedicar unos días a recorrer esta carretera en bicicleta, y pararse en alguna de las islas para disfrutar de sus hermosas playas y sus espectaculares paisajes.

PAMUKKALE

  Los estanques y terrazas de Pamukkale son una de las maravillas del mundo natural. Se encuentran a unos 20 km al norte de Denizli en Turquia. Su nombre significa fortaleza de algodón y la leyenda dice que fué aquí donde los Titanes esparcieron su cosecha de algodón para dejarla secar. Ya no está permitido que los visitantes escalen el Pamukkale, pero aún pueden nadar en los estanques de agua caliente de los hoteles cercanos. Es un enorme y deslumbrante acantilado blanco que cae unos 100 metros desde una meseta volcánica por la que baja el agua en todas direcciónes. El agua es de color blanco lechoso, porqué está llena de carbonato cálcico y otros minerales.
Con el paso de los siglos, el acantilado ha adquirido el aspecto de una cascada sólida y brillante, con grandes cortinas de agua aparentemente congeladas en el aire.
Los antiguos griegos y romanos creían que el agua tenía cualidades curativas, y construyeron la ciudad de Hierapolis aquí,que es un impresionante complejo de baños termales, templos, iglesias y una fascinante necrópolis.
Se puede llegar en avión hasta Izmir, en tren hasta Denizli, hacer una visita guiada en autobús, o en coche privado.

The ponds and terraces of Pamukkale are one of the wonders of the natural world. It is located about 20 km north of Denizli in Turkey. El lago Baikal es el lago más grande del mundo con una gran variedad d e vida acuática. Localizado en la región sur de Siberia, Rusia, entre la óblast de Irkutsk en el noroeste y Buriatia en el sureste, cerca de la ciudad de Irkutsk. Su nombre deriva del tártaro «Bai-Kul», lago rico. También se lo conoce como el Ojo azul de Siberia o La Perla de Asia. Para llegar al el desde Irkutsk se puede ir en autobús, coche o transbordador hasta Listvyanka. Allí, puedes hacer una excursión en barca por el lago, o pasar unos días en la isla Olkhon. No te pierdas el ferrocarril Circum-Baikal desde Slyudyanka hasta puerto Baikal, las aguas termales de Arshan, y el senderismo por las montañas Sayan.

El «parque Arqueológico de San Agustín» es un lugar Patrimonio de la Humanidad famoso por sus estatuas Precolombinas. Se encuentra en Colombia, situado a 3 km al oeste de San Agustín. En el se pueden encontrar más de quinientas estatuas, monumentos, tumbas y tallas precolombinas escondidas entre los arboles. Algunas de las estatuas tienen bocas de jaguar y expresiones feroces, mientras que en otras aparecen aves de presa, serpientes u otros animales como monos, ranas o águilas. Lo mejor que se puede hacer aquí, es vagar por este idílico paisaje y descubrir y contemplar las antiquísimas estatuas. Se puede llegar en autobús desde Bogotá o Popayán.

Banff es el primer parque de Canadá, ubicado en las Montañas Rocosas, donde podemos ver un hermoso paisaje alpino, gran variedad de plantas y mamíferos, y la ciudad en la zona alta de Canadá. Su nombre  «Banff» viene de «Banffshire» en Escocia, la ciudad donde nacieron los directores originales de la Canadian Pacific Railway.
